Pilates & Gyrotonic Studio

Pilates is a fantastic exercise for maintaining form as one matures. The Gyrotonic system complements this perfectly. Gyrotonic was created by a Hungarian, Juliu Horvath, who was raised in Romania.

Casa Q Coisa has exclusive access to the studio, which is located 5 mins walk away,in the main village.We have equipment for Pilates, Gyrotonics and Core-Align. You will need to register your interest with our on site manager , Rafael.

Swimming Pool

The pool is 16m x 6m with a jacuzzi.

Heated Therapy Pool

Supported gently in warm (34-36 degree) solar heated water,.This is the first Solar Powered Therapy pool in Latin America as designed by Giovanni Bacarani

The pool is octagonal in shape with a diameter of 4 metres.

The word Flotsu was originally coined by Dr D O Flynn in 2021, a Wellbeing advocate and owner of Casa Q Coisa..

Flotsu is simply a word to indicate restful floatation in warm water.

Flotsu takes your weightless body on a journey of total release and relaxation.By applying floats to head, arms and legs and blacking out your eyes. you drift away to a background of music, supported by a water therapist. You can also do this on your own.

The pool is also ideal for Watsu Therapy, and if practitioners are available sessions can be booked through our site manager Rafa.

For those with joint pains, arthritis, the pool is also an ideal resource.

Poolside Bar

Get properly relaxed here in this very pleasant area. There is a proper bar counter with stools. A barbecue grill and an ice machine……

This year, 2023, we have added an Ooni Pizza Oven to the Bar, it runs on gas and cooks a pizza in 2-3 minutes….
